This is a beautiful coaster set (2 coasters) and goes well with my home decor. The only thing is because it is glass, the condensation of the your mug/glass/cup might stick to it causing it to be stuck to the bottom of your drink, then the weight of it will fall and crash. But this would be true for any coaster of glass/ceramic material. I bought it because it is aesthetically pleasing, and it fits the bill.
