Product arrived as pictured. Coasters appear sturdy and durable. Engraving was perfect and made a great newlywed gift.The coasters are absolutely beautiful, and will make a nice gift. They originally forgot to ship the holders, but sent them quickly after I let them know. Great customer service!Id order these again. Only downside I see is they aren't treated and their purpose is to keep liquid/condensation off surfaces. We haven't used them yet, so I will have to revise once I do. Overall they look great on our bar, not sure of functionality yet.Coloration varied on imprint. Used as gift but added oil to even out color before gifting.They arrived very quickly (especially for a customized product) and look great. The wood itself is study and seems high quality. Giving 4 starts bc I wish I had realized these didn’t come with any type of bumper or material on the back. As they are - I worry that they would scratch up certain table tops. I ended up buying small adhesive rubber bumpers to stick to all 4 corners to prevent the coasters from sliding or scratching the table. I can’t say how they hold up when used as they are a gift for a friend.Wooden box is very cheap and broken, I have to buy a new box! Coasters are ok!
